Mumbai: Actress Neelu Kohli recently spoke about her transformative experience with sound healing sessions conducted by Pooja Seth and revealed how the sessions brought a major shift in her emotionally and spiritually.
Sharing her experience, Neelu said that she has attended Pooja Seth’s sound healing program twice and over time developed a strong personal connection with her. The actress spoke highly of Pooja’s nature and intentions, stating that what touched her the most was the honesty and purity with which she approaches healing.
“I attended Pooja Seth’s sound healing program twice and I share a good bond with her. She is a very pure soul who really wants to do something for everyone. She is not one of those who just wants to make money, she is someone who wants to heal people and that’s something that really attracted me,” Neelu shared.
The actress further explained that unlike many wellness sessions that people attend casually, this experience left a deep emotional impact on her. Neelu mentioned that from the moment she entered the healing space, she could feel a different kind of energy around her. According to her, the positivity and calmness during the session created a powerful atmosphere that stayed with her long after it ended.
Opening up about the second session in particular, Neelu called it a complete “game changer” in her life. She revealed that she noticed a remarkable change within herself and felt emotionally lighter and more positive after attending the healing.
“When I attended her second healing it was a game changer for me. I saw a huge change in me. Just being in her energy was so beautiful and the energy levels of her session were so high. I realised how much this healing can do to a person and change your energies, and by the time I came back home I was a different person,” she added.
Neelu also expressed how rare it is to meet someone who genuinely wants to help others heal from within. The actress shared that Pooja’s aura, warmth and dedication towards helping people made her trust the process even more, adding that experiences like these make people reconnect with themselves on a deeper level.
